Cancellation Policy

We strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible.

• Standard Orders: You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement for a full refund.

• Bespoke & Pre-orders: Once a custom order has entered the production phase, cancellations are no longer possible due to the personalized nature of the piece.

• How to Cancel: Please email mohit.parmar1005@ with your Order Number and "CANCELLATION" in the subject line.
