At AuraZ, we want you to feel confident in your purchase.

Return eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Jewellery must be in its original, unworn condition with all security tags and original packaging intact.

Refund process

Once a return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, use the Contact AuraZ page with your order number and supporting photos.
