Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (India)
Standard delivery: 5–8 business days
Expedited delivery: 2–4 business days (where available)
Free shipping on orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 may attract a flat shipping fee at checkout.

International Shipping (Europe & Other Regions)
Standard international delivery: 10–20 business days
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Delays
AuraZ is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, courier disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed.

Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at aurazlifestyle@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
