Personalisation

How do I tell you the name I want engraved?

After placing your order, WhatsApp us your order number and the name(s) you want engraved at +91 93728 57140. You can also leave it in the order notes at checkout. We confirm every order before crafting.

What languages and scripts do you support?

We support English, Hindi (Devanagari), Arabic (calligraphy), Punjabi (Gurmukhi), and Urdu. Just tell us your preferred script when you WhatsApp us after ordering.

Can I get any name engraved — even long names?

Yes, most designs support up to 10–12 characters comfortably. For couple name necklaces, each name can be up to 8 characters. We will confirm if there are any length restrictions for your specific design.

Can I see a preview before it is made?

For complex or unusual names, we will share a digital preview via WhatsApp before crafting. For standard names in English, we proceed directly to crafting after confirmation.

Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Standard delivery across India takes 5–7 business days. Express delivery (2–3 days) is available in select cities — WhatsApp us to check availability for your pin code.

Do you deliver pan-India?

Yes, we deliver to every pin code across India. Including remote areas — though delivery may take 7–10 days for certain locations.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via WhatsApp and email. You can track your package in real time.

What if my order arrives damaged?

All orders are packed carefully. In the rare case of damage in transit, WhatsApp us a photo within 48 hours of delivery at +91 93728 57140 and we will send a replacement immediately.

What material are your products made from?

All Auraz pieces are crafted from high-quality alloy with a premium gold, rose gold, or silver plating. We use an anti-tarnish coating that ensures long-lasting shine with proper care.

How long will the plating last?

With proper care, our anti-tarnish plating lasts 1–2 years of regular wear. To extend life: avoid contact with water, perfume, and sweat. Store in the pouch provided.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?

Our pieces are nickel-reduced and generally safe for most skin types. If you have very sensitive skin, we recommend wearing with a base layer or limiting extended contact.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return or exchange a personalised item?

Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective, as they are made specifically for you. Non-personalised items can be returned within 7 days in unused condition.

What if I receive the wrong name or wrong product?

This is our error and we will fix it immediately — at no cost to you. WhatsApp us within 48 hours with a photo and we will resend the correct item express delivery.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), all debit and credit cards, net banking, EMI, digital wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) via Razorpay.

Is COD available?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available on most pin codes across India. You can select COD at checkout.
